It wasn't until the next week that Blake had anything to bring back to Bane.
It was a busy week for John Blake. When he wasn't in the cave with Bane, exploring and seeing what Bruce Wayne had left him or at the manor above the caves with the boys from the orphanage, he was talking Dr. Olsen into cremating Miranda Tate's body and lending a hand to those who needed it to help rebuild.
It was amazing for him to see the people of Gotham truly coming together to rebuild their city. He only hoped that it continued.
He had been prepared for a questioning phone call or two from Commissioner Gordon but so far hadn't heard anything other than a follow up phone call on Wednesday regarding his position or lack thereof now.
As it was, it was Saturday until Blake came into the cave with an urn underneath his arm, wondering how the other man would react.
"Bane?"
